QV TEST is an independent testing company in Thailand. We test and certify cleanrooms, HVAC systems and utilities such as compressed air (CDA) to ISO 14644, ISO 8573-1 and PIC/S, and issue reports you can use in audits. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Cleanroom testing and certification
Particle counting, airflow velocity and volume, pressure differential and HEPA leak testing to ISO 14644
Temperature & Humidity Mapping
Temperature and humidity distribution studies for pharmaceutical warehouses, cold rooms and controlled areas
Duct leakage testing
We pressurise HVAC supply and exhaust ductwork and measure the air that leaks out, to confirm leakage is within the limits accepted under SMACNA

Qualification of cleanrooms and HVAC systems from design through to routine use
Compressed dry air (CDA)
Particle counting, pressure dew point and oil content measurement to ISO 8573-1
About QV TEST
QV TEST is an independent third-party testing company for cleanrooms and controlled environments. We serve pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, hospitals, food, electronics and data centres, working under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Our test methods follow current standards and guidance, including ISO 14644, PIC/S GMP Guide PE 009-17 including Annex 1 and Annex 15, WHO Technical Report Series No. 961 (2011) Annex 9: Model guidance for the storage and transport of time- and temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products (Supplements 8, 10, 12, 14, 15), SMACNA and ISO 8573
